How do I get started?


There are a few ways to get started with your personalized astroSOURCE experience:
  1. Set up an astroSOURCE account, it’s FREE!
    • Access your personal astroCALENDAR. Discover the major and minor influences in your life today, in the next three days, and for the next 6 months! When you login to your astroSOURCE home page, you’ll see your full 3-day personal astroCALENDAR right away. You’ll also find a key explaining the symbols and influences in the calendar.
    • Sign up for email and Cell Phone Alerts. Get your personal astroCALENDAR, astroALERTS, your horoscope and more sent to your inbox or cell phone.
  2. Purchase a Personalized astroREPORT
    • astroREPORTs are personalized astrological charts based on your date of birth and covering the most important aspects of your life, including: Full General Natal Report, Romantic Compatibility Report, Love Hurts Report, Birthday Report, and more. Perfect as a treat for yourself or a special personalized gift for friends and family. A name and birthdate are all that’s needed to generate an astroREPORT.

  • How do I become a Member?

  • How does astroSOURCE protect my information?
    • astroSOURCE uses secure server software, called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology encrypts your personal information including credit card number, name and address so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We use 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest available. In addition to encryption, SSL assures that your browser sends data only to the correct server and that the server is secure. When ordering online, look for the dialog box that reads: "Security Information. You have requested a secure document." This ensures that the information you are entering is secure and that your transaction will be safe.

  • How do I change my password?
    • To change your password, log in to your account and select the link “Change My Password.” Follow the quick, easy instructions to modify your information.
  • How do I update my account information?
    • To view or modify your information, log in to your account. The Account Information tab offers many options to add or update your personal details.
  • How do I change my username?
    • You are unable to change your username. Be sure to create a name that you can remember. Forgot your username?


Email Preferences


  • How do I request emails?
    • Log in to your account and click on Account Preferences. Simply select the emails you wish to receive. We will send you an email validation–justclick the link in the email to activate your subscriptions.
  • How do I cancel email requests?
    • Log in to your account and click on Account Preferences. Select the emails that you no longer wish to receive.
  • I don’t want to receive a bunch of Spam if I sign up for astroSOURCE; how do you protect my email address?
    • Please refer to our astroSOURCE privacy policy
    • We will not voluntarily disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes and, except as otherwise provided in our privacy policy or by law, astroSOURCE does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.Also,It is possible that the "spam blocker" being used by your Internet Service Provider (or one that you may have installed on your computer) is not set up to receive email from astroSOURCE.com. To prevent email from being blocked in the future, we recommend that you add astroSOURCE@astrosource.com to the friends list in your spam blocker.


Cell Phone Alerts Preferences


  • How do I request Cell Phone Alerts?
    • Cell Phone Alerts is a feature offered with a paid subscription to astroSOURCE.com.
    • You can set up your Cell Phone Alerts preferences at the time you process your subscription or in your Account Preferences on your My Account page.
    • For each Cell Phone Alerts you choose, you will receive a verification code. Use the verification code(s) to authenticate your Cell Phone Alerts preferences on the Account Preferences section on your My Account page.
  • What if I don’t receive my Cell Phone Alerts validation code?
    • If you don’t receive your code, log in to your account to edit your account preferences. In the link for Cell Phone Alerts, unsubscribe to the content you previously selected and click save. To receive a new validation code, resubscribe to the content and click save. This will generate and send a new validation code to your cell phone.
  • How do I cancel my Cell Phone Alerts requests?
    • To modify your Cell Phone Alerts, simply access your Account Preferences on your My Account Page.
    • Un-check the boxes for the Cell Phone Alerts preferences you no longer wish to receive, and click Save.
    • This will update your Cell Phone Alerts preferences.
  • Do you sell my information?
    • astroSOURCE will not voluntarily disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. And, except as otherwise provided in our Privacy Policy or by law, astroSOURCE does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others.


What is the astroCALENDAR?

Personalized using your birth date, astroCALENDAR goes way beyond your daily horoscope, providing valuable insights into the astrological categories that have the greatest influence on your life—all based on your date of birth. It shows you how planetary aspects influence your day, week, month and beyond. And astroCALENDAR continuously updates the information that is relevant to you. How are the planets’ movements and relationships important to you personally—at a particular point in time? What, if anything should you do? astroCALENDAR also helps you to understand and decide what to do about short-term influences which usually affect you for no more than 6 weeks and long-term influences which affect you for much longer periods and may involve life-changing developments.
  • How can I get full access to the astroCALENDAR?
    • To gain access to the complete astroCALENDAR, all you need to do is subscribe. Sign up now, it’s free, and receive FULL access and other great subscriber benefits.
  • What if I don’t receive my astroCALENDAR?
    • There may be days when there are no astrological influences relevant to you. These are very rare occasions. However, if you suspect that you aren’t getting your astroCALENDAR because of a technical issue, please let us know. Visit the Help section and complete the Contact Us form. We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days. You may also contact us at 1-866-953-6770.

  • What are astrology reports?
    • astroREPORTS explore many topics that may be of particular interest to you including ways to improve yourself and your relationships, how to determine who might be most compatible with you, and why your birth date is the key to unlocking highly relevant, personalized information and insights that could affect your life. These insightful astrology reports tap into the power of planetary aspects, help you avoid problems and take advantage of possibilities and enhance the relationships that are most important to you.
  • What if I can’t view my astroREPORT?
    • If you are experiencing technical difficulties in trying to view an astroREPORT, please let us know. Please visit the Help section and complete the Contact Us form. We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days. You may also contact us directly at 1-866-953-6770.
  • What if I didn’t receive my astroREPORT?
    • Please complete the Contact Us form. We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days. You may also contact us directly at 1-866-953-6770.
  • Can I purchase a report without an account?
    • Yes. All you have to do is enter your credit card information and contact information so we can send you the link to your report, and you’re good to go!
  • How long will I be able to access my report?
    • 3 days for non members. If you are a member, you will have access to your report for 7 days and the report will be accessible through your report locker.
  • What if my report does not have the correct date(s) of birth?
    • We are confident in the quality of our astroREPORTS and expect that you will have a positive experience. If for any reason the report you purchased has an incorrect date(s) of birth, we will replace the report with one that has correct date(s). To request a replacement report, please contact our Customer Care department within one (1) business day of requesting the report.


astroADVICE

  • How do I get a live reading?
    • Create or login to your astroSOURCE account, go to your member home page and choose the option to add dollars to your advice account.

      We do require that you are 18 years of age or older and have a major credit, debit, or gift card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). You also can pay with Western Union, Money Gram or a Money Order. We do not accept checks. Contact our Customer Care department for any questions.

      After you've set up your account, you are set to get a reading.
  • Do I have to use all of my dollars when I get my reading?
    • Not at all. You decide on the length of your reading, so talk for as few or as many minutes as you like, up to the total amount of dollars on your account.
  • How do I know how long I can talk?
    • We do the math for you! Our phone service will let you know prior to connecting with your chosen Advisor how much time you have available for your reading. This is based on the Advisor’s rate per minute and the total dollars (including your Bonus Dollars) available on your account.
  • What if I don't use all of my dollars on my account?
    • The dollars you add to your account do not expire, so you can use them whenever you like!
  • How do I use Offer Codes?
    • Using Offer Codes for your astroSOURCE.com purchases is easy. An Offer Code has four or five digits and is used to apply exclusive offers or other special rates to your purchase.

      Simply enter an Offer Code when asked and follow the instructions to process your order. You must use a valid credit card, which will be charged the total amount of dollars you want to place on account. All amounts shown on astroSOURCE.com are the final price inclusive of the special offer from the applied Offer Code.
  • What if I don't like my reading?
    • We are confident in the quality of our services and expect that you will have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will provide you with a refund. See our below policy for details.

      If you are not satisfied with your purchased last live reading, we will refund your money or give you the time back to try us again. To request a refund or credit, please contact our Customer Care department within one (1) business day of your last reading.

      We cannot guarantee the accuracy of live readings due to the long-term nature of some content, and the role that each individual plays in fulfilling her or his own destiny.

      astroSOURCE reserves the right to refuse any credit or refund request.
  • Am I using my dollars when I go through your phone system's automated menu options?
    • No - you are not using any of your dollars when going through our automated system. You only pay for the actual time you are on the line with an Advisor.
  • What if I have a bad telephone connection?
    • Hang up as soon as possible and call us on our toll free number. We will credit you up to 3 minutes back.
  • What are the Advisors’ rates per minute?
    • Our Advisors' rates are $2.99 per minute, anytime, any Advisor. Our Advisors are highly skilled and experienced individuals who have all gone through a rigorous and detailed screening process to ensure they possess the skills and gifts needed to give you authentic, caring readings.
  • When are your Advisors available?
    • astroADVICE is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Each of our Advisors has indicated their general availability. Please visit our astroADVICE page to see who is available on the service now.
  • Can you suggest an Advisors for me?
    • All of our Customer Care Representatives are very familiar with the styles and skills of each of our Advisors. They would be happy to recommend an Advisor to you. You can also review each Advisor's bio on our website for further information. When you are on the phone service, you can listen to greetings from each of our Advisors, too.
