astroSOURCE and third-party marketing communications to you
In order to provide our customers with information about horoscopes, astrological events, special offers, astroSOURCE and/or our partners, we may send such information via email or Cell Phone Alerts message based on customer contact information. Details of each type of communication - and how to be removed from each list - are explained below.
SMS Alerts/Text Message Alerts/Cell Phone Alerts – Short Message Services are text messages that are sent from astroSOURCE to your cell phone. Your carrier’s standard text messaging rates still apply.
Mailings – postal mail about other news, including, but not limited to, information about your account.
Email marketing – periodic email communications from us about astroSOURCE news, information, or special offers
Additional astroSOURCE mailings – We may communicate with you by telephone or email to provide any services you request and expect from astroSOURCE. You may receive emails and telephone communications to alert you of the following: as confirmation of your new astroSOURCE account, to confirm your transactions through astroSOURCE.com to let you know about important changes and improvements to our service, and to send you notices or other disclosures where we are required by law. Because they are essential to your account and your relationship with astroSOURCE, you are not able to opt out of these communications.
How to be added to or removed from our lists
If you would like to be removed from astroSOURCE marketing communications lists, please provide us with the contact information required via any of the methods listed below so that we can promptly and accurately process your request. (In cases where we lack the necessary information, we will make our best efforts to comply with your request.)
- Login to your member account then click on Manage Email Subscriptions and Cell Phone Alerts under Account Preferences. You will have the option to uncheck the appropriate options.

Terms & Conditions
By using the atroSOURCE website, operated by astroSOURCE L.L.C, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Unless amended or modified, these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect while you are a User, Subscriber or a Member. If you wish to become a Subscriber or Member of astroSOURCE, please read the Terms of Use. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating the website. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website.
Calendar and Report Access
Upon purchasing one or more astroSOURCE products or services, we shall not be held responsible for the continued access to said item due to loss of Internet service or faulty personal computer equipment. We are not responsible for the inability to access products caused by a loss from third-party interference, such as power loss, Internet inactivity, slow browser connection, etc. All transactions made prior to said interference are final and not eligible for refund.
Cell Phone Alerts
We are not responsible for charges you may receive through your cell phone provider. Check your phone plan before agreeing with these terms.
Opting-in to Cell Phone Alerts Updates
- Cell Phone Alerts are a feature offered with a paid subscription to astroSOURCE.com.
- Set up your Cell Phone Alerts preferences at the time you process your subscription or click on Manage Email Subscriptions and Cell Phone Alerts under Account Preferences on the My Account page.
- For each Cell Phone Alerts you choose to receive, you will receive a verification code.
- Use the verification code(s) to authenticate your Cell Phone Alerts preferences on the Account Preferences section on your My Account page.
Opting-out of Cell Phone Alerts
- To modify your Cell Phone Alerts, access your Account Preferences on the My Account Page.
- Un-check the boxes for the Cell Phone Alerts preferences you no longer wish to receive, and click Save.
- This will update your Cell Phone Alerts preferences.
Definitions
Content – Anything posted on astroSOURCE.com by the company or any user, including links to other websites.
Visitors – Anyone who comes to astroSOURCE.com.
Free Account Members – Those who have never purchased through astroSOURCE.com, but have set up an account.
Free Preview– The period of time designated to Free Account Members where limited access to content is offered on astroSOURCE.com.
astroSOURCE.com – The online presence of astroSOURCE.
Service – Any provision of this website.
Subscribers – Anyone who signs up for any or all of our online features using our defined procedures.
User – Anyone, subscriber or not, who visits astroSOURCE.com or an affiliated service.
You – Any User to this website, including Subscribers and/or Members.
Membership and Subscription
Visitor/Free Account Member
Visitors of astroSOURCE.com will have access to and be able to participate in specified features and services within the service. You may become a Free Account Member by creating a free account. As a Free Account Member, you will have additional, limited access to specified features and services, such as the astroCALENDAR, daily and monthly horoscopes and astroREPORTS. If you should choose at any time to cancel your Free Account, you will no longer have access to said products and services.
Subscriptions
Paid Subscribers will be charged through a designated payment vehicle. Upon subscribing, you authorize astroSOURCE to charge said payment vehicle and agree to make payments. Please see Subscribe for a description of the current subscription plans and their prices. Note that the subscription policies disclosed to you when becoming a Paid Subscriber are deemed part of this agreement. Falsely created accounts will be subject to review and suspension.
By creating an astroSOURCE account, you agree that web based purchasing is provided as a convenience and astroSOURCE or astroSOURCE.com reserves the right to restrict any member from using such service. All questions regarding memberships should be directed to our Customer Service center at 1-866-953-6770 or via Live Help or contact us via email. Because of the sensitivity of your personal information, we may not be able to answer emails regarding account membership information. You agree that the information you provide us is true, accurate and complete.
Request a Receipt of My Recurring Credit Card Charge
To request a receipt of your recurring credit card charge, visit the Help section, select Billing Inquiries, and complete the form. Or contact Customer Service at 1-866-953-6770 to complete your request.
Registration, Customer Accounts, Use of Site
Before you make any purchases, you must first establish a customer account and provide the required information depending on the type of membership. You agree to notify astroSOURCE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by astroSOURCE.com or any other User of the website due to someone else using your customer account. You may not use anyone else's customer account at any time. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, assist others in making such attempts or distribute instructions, software or tools for that purpose. Should you attempt to do so, your customer account will be terminated. You agree to provide us with accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your billing information as prompted by the registration process. You may update any of your account information, add a new credit card, and designate a different credit card to be billed or change the applicable expiration date on your currently designated credit card, by logging into your account. You may not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, probe, test or monitor any portion of the website or any Content. You may not in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the website or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the website or any of the systems or networks comprising or connected to the website. Please note that astroSOURCE.com may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate your ability to make purchases for any reason or for no reason. YOU AGREE THAT astroSOURCE.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR ABILITY TO MAKE PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER.
Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms
To purchase any goods and/or services on our website, you must be (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority (when an individual retains full legal responsibility for him or herself), whichever is older (b) a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities), and (c) a resident in the 50 states of the United States of America, exclusive of its commonwealths, territories and possessions or Canada. Prior to the purchase of any services on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. We do not accept 3rd party payment vehicles. The pay method you provide must belong to you and bear your name with the credit card holding company.
Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms
All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express orDiscover (each of which may be removed by astroSOURCE.com in its sole discretion). Unless expressly set forth on the astroSOURCE.com site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT astroSOURCE, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify astroSOURCE of any discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. If astroSOURCE.com does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by astroSOURCE or its agents. You agree to indemnify and hold astroSOURCE.com harmless from all loss, damage, expense or liability in connection with unauthorized use of your credit card. You agree to verify information disclosed to astroSOURCE.com as true and correct. If any information is in any way incorrect, false or fraudulent, subscriber shall be liable for all costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred by astroSOURCE.com. astroSOURCE.com will not be liable to subscriber for any incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of subscriber’s authorization.
Subscription Agreement
Our subscription plans, whether you chose monthly ($14.95) or quarterly ($39.00), consist of an initial period and price, for which there is a onetime charge, followed by recurring charges as agreed upon by you. General purchases made at astroSOURCE.com will be billed through your online account. You agree to pay astroSOURCE.com all charges, at the prices that are then in effect, for any use or purchase of the service or products by you or anyone using your online account. In accordance with your agreement to purchase, you authorize astroSOURCE to charge your chosen Payment Vehicle and you agree to make payment using that selected method. astroSOURCE reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time and without notice.
Recurring Billing Agreement
By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial payment and a recurring feature that you have accepted responsibility for prior to cancellation. Email confirmation will be sent on the initial subscription date, but in entering the Subscription, you agree to the recurring charges. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership enrollment and on each monthly or quarterly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month (for monthly) and every three months (for quarterly) on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your payment method on the last day of such month.
Customer Initiated Cancellations
You can easily cancel your subscription anytime online 24 hours a day. To cancel your subscription, log in to “My Account” and click on “Cancel My Subscription” and follow the simple cancellation form instructions to receive your cancellation code via email. There are no cancellation fees. You must cancel at least 15 days prior to the processing date of your next scheduled recurring charge. Once you have processed your online cancellation request and received your cancellation code, you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of the subscription period for which you previously paid. At the end of this period, you will no longer have Paid Subscriber benefits; however, you may still access limited content to astroSOURCE.com using the same user name and password. As long as your account is in good standing, at any time, you may re-activate your account to a paid subscription.
astroSOURCE Initiated Cancellations
If, for any reason, your payment vehicle will not accept charges for the periodic membership fee, you have a period of 3 days from the date that your payment vehicle was declined to make your payment card information valid. You may rectify the issue with the payment issuer or provide a new pay vehicle at astroSOURCE.com or contact astroSOURCE Customer Service at 1-866-953-6770. If astroSOURCE is able to charge your payment vehicle within the 3 day period, online benefits will continue uninterrupted. The date that we are able to process your payment becomes your new periodic anniversary date and the payment vehicle will be used to charge the periodic membership fee for each consecutive renewal period until your astroSOURCE membership is cancelled. If astroSOURCE is unable to charge your pay vehicle, your paid subscription will be cancelled. However, you may still access limited content to astroSOURCE.com using the same username and password.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or partial credits for unused subscriptions or partial months memberships.
Modifying Your Online Membership and Payment Vehicle
You may update any of your account information, add a new credit card, designate a different credit card to be billed, or change the applicable expiration date on your currently designated credit card, by logging into MY account online at astroSOURCE.com.
Termination
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to provide service. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All payment information must include a pre-approved and acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any purchase.

Limitation on Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty
Under no circumstances will we be liable to any Subscriber, non-Subscriber, Member or non-Member regarding the use of this Service. Our maximum liability shall be no more than the fee you have paid astroSOURCE, if any.
The User of the website does so at the User's risk. Neither astroSOURCE nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors licensors and/or the like, warrant that any of the websites will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the website or any future websites developed by astroSOURCE nor, as to the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the website.
